Lake Manyara National Park is widely regarded as the best introduction to Tanzanian safari. It stretches for 50 km along the base of the rusty-gold 600 metre high Rift Valley and promises a magnificent scenic drive. With its world famous tree-climbing lions and thousands of flamingos, it doesn’t fail to captivate your imagination.
A drive through Manyara is a relaxed drive and certainly deserves your time. Lake Manyara itself sits in the middle of the park. The lake takes up much of the park leaving a strip of land running down its shores where game is concentrated.

Itinerary: 3 Days – 2 Nights
Day 01: Drive from Arusha (your hotel), at 08.00hrs to Lake Manyara National Park for game viewing till late afternoon then to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 02: After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro conservation Area. Game viewing all day. Afterwards proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 03: Morning drive to Tarangire National Park. Game drive all day. Picnic lunch at the Park. Start your drive towards Arusha late afternoon. Stop by the Snake farm and a tour of Maasai village. If time permits, go for a camel riding expedition. Back to Arusha in the evening. End of this tour.
